Ontario Home Comfort (OHC) is a rapidly-expanding Canadian clean energy firm, based out of Toronto, Canada. Since inception, they have been experiencing impeccable growth – Having recently expanded operations into 4 of Canada’s provinces in the last 4 months.

OHC had the best type of problem: Too much growth for the current infrastructure to keep up. They needed to be able to monitor sales performance, dramatically improve installation process transparency, and improve overall operating efficiency per account. The solution: Icon created a process tracking and monitoring system that was not only impactful to their business performance, but a joy to use.
